Update of the Embedded Browser in the Desktop UI

We are following the standard of the new eclipse version now, which is a Chromium based Edge browser embedded from the SWT plugins that supports also for TLS 1.2.

Formerly, the embedded browsers were IE or Mozilla.  What browser is embedded now?  SSL certificates for some customers are only recognized on certain browsers so it would be good to know.

Hi Dan,

We are following the standard of the new eclipse version now which is a Chromium based Edge accessed embedded from the SWT plugins. No custom embedded browsers nor switch to that any longer. It supports for TLS 1.2. Hope that works best for you and your clients too.
