Media Manager - Fixed Issues

The following table describes the fixed issues for the Media Manager:

HMM-8692	When you run the installer, the server doesn't start as the Java Runtime Environment is not included in the installer.
HMM-8691	The pipeline with the FileServer connection might not start if the volumes are unavailable.
HMM-8690	The pipeline might not start if the pipeline module fails to get the database time.
HMM-8689	When the XML Connector Module stops, it doesn't restart automatically as expected and starts after you restart the process watcher.
HMM-8688	When the Workflow Module stops, it doesn't restart automatically as expected and starts after you restart the process watcher.
HMM-8661	When you run the buffer volume REST call, the following error occurs: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 60161 out of bounds for length 244
