Some platform REST API version 3 resources now use dynamic rate limits to ensure fair allocation of compute resources. If the system experiences a large volume or size of requests for these REST API resources, responses might be slow or fail with the error message, "too many requests."

Rate limits now apply to the following REST API resources:
