Network prerequisites

Network prerequisites

Before you can deploy into the AWS cloud, confirm the prerequisites for new and existing VPC deployments.

New VPC deployment

  • For the availability zone, ensure that selected availability zone has enough capacity to create a new subnet, route table, and internet gateway.
  • Ensure that the VPC creation has not exceeded the supported limit.

Existing VPC deployment

Ensure that the subnet you choose has internet access. (NAT gateway, Internet Gateway, AWS managed VPN or VPC Peer, etc.)

EIP limit

Verify that you have enough EIP limit when you choose EnableEIP = Yes in the AWS cloud.
