RulePoint Services Overview

RulePoint uses services to connect to internal and external sources and applications to produce and respond to events.
RulePoint services are configurable interfaces that can link to other software systems, such as Instant Messaging, email, RealTime Alert Manager (RTAM), a web page, a database, or a news feed.
RulePoint provides many useful built-in services, such as JMS, email, URL monitoring, and Web Services. However, you can also build your own custom pluggable services.
