Configuring GeoCoding

Configuring GeoCoding

You can configure Informatica Address Verification to return geocoding information in the result output. For certain countries, you can also specify the type of geocoding to include in the output. Before you enable geocoding, you must install the geocoding reference address databases and specify the corresponding unlock codes in the
SetConfig.xml
 file.
  1. In
    Parameters.xml
    , set the
    EnrichmentGeocoding
     attribute of the
    Process
     element to ON.
    The default value for
    EnrichmentGeocoding
     is OFF.
  2. To specify the type of geocoding, set the
    EnrichmentGeocodingType
     attribute of the
    Process
     element to one of the following values:
    • ARRIVAL_POINT. To enable arrival point geocoding. This is the default value for the
      EnrichmentGeocodingType
       attribute.
    • NONE. To enable the standard geocoding.
