Introduction to Email Verification

Email Verification combines state-of-the-art email verification algorithms with hygiene algorithms to allow customers to detect and avoid dangerous or potentially dangerous email addresses or domains.
Some status codes in this document are labeled as potentially dangerous. This label is a result of the hygiene processing component. Caution should be used when e-mailing to addresses labeled as potentially dangerous. For more information, see What Do the Hygiene Results Mean?.
