Transformations Known Limitations

The following table describes known limitations:

Bug	Description
BDM-25112	Mappings fail when the following conditions are true: Mapping runs on the Spark engine. The mapping contains a Union transformation. The same physical data object source is used multiple times in the mapping. You will see the following error: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: No service instances found in registry Workaround: Create a copy of the physical data object source to use in the mapping.

Description

BDM-25112

Mappings fail when the following conditions are true:

Mapping runs on the Spark engine.

The mapping contains a Union transformation.

The same physical data object source is used multiple times in the mapping.

You will see the following error:

java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: 
No service instances found in registry

Workaround: Create a copy of the physical data object source to use in the mapping.
