Restoring the PowerCenter Repository

Restore the repository backup file for the PowerCenter repository to create the objects used by Metadata Manager in the PowerCenter repository database.

In the Administrator tool, click the

Manage

tab >

Services and Nodes

view.

In the Domain Navigator, select the Metadata Manager Service for which the PowerCenter repository has no contents.

Click

Actions

Restore PowerCenter Repository

Optionally, choose to restart the PowerCenter Repository Service in normal mode.

Click

The activity log displays the results of the restore repository operation.
