Configure the Analyst Service

Configure the Analyst Service

To use the Analyst Service with a Hadoop cluster that uses Kerberos authentication, configure the Analyst Service to use the Kerberos ticket that the Data Integration Service uses.
In the Administrator tool, select the Analyst Service. In the
Processes
 tab, edit the Advanced Properties to add the following value to the JVM Command Line Options field:
DINFA_HADOOP_DIST_DIR=<Informatica installation directory>/services/shared/hadoop/<hadoop_distribution>
