Okta Login

Okta Login

You can login to the File Transfer Portal using the Okta credentials by configuring the Okta Multi Factor Authentication login method in Managed File Transfer. To login using the Okta authentication, select the
Factor Type
. Enter the OTP and complete the login request.
For the primary authentication, provide the username and password to login to the portal. If you did not configure the Multi Factor Authentication login, then you can login to the File Transfer Portal by providing the Okta user name and password to connect to the laptop virtual private network (VPN). If Multi Factor Authentication login is configured, for the secondary authentication, select the
Factor Type
, enter the OTP and complete the login request.
