Saving Searches

Saving Searches

You can save the search query for an advanced search. You can access a saved search from the Shortcuts view.
  1. On the menu bar of the
    Browse
    tab, select
    Advanced Search
    in the
    Search
    list.
    The Advanced Search panel appears.
  2. In the Advanced Search panel, configure all search properties.
  3. Click the
    Save
    button.
    The
    New Saved Search
    window appears.
  4. Enter a name and optional description for the search query.
  5. Select the folder where you want to save the search.
    By default, Metadata Manager uses the
    My Saved Searches
    folder in the Shortcuts view.
  6. Click
    OK
    .
Metadata Manager saves the search query in the folder that you selected.
