You must have a user account to log in to the Informatica Administrator web application.
If the Informatica domain runs on a network with Kerberos authentication, you must configure the browser to allow access to the Informatica web applications. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome, add the URL of the Informatica web application to the list of trusted sites. In Safari, add the certificate of the Informatica web application to the keychain. If you are using Chrome version 86.0.42x or later on Windows, you must also set the
AuthServerWhitelist
and
AuthNegotiateDelegateWhitelist
policies.
Start a Microsoft Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browser.
In the
Address
field, enter the URL for the Administrator tool:
If the Administrator tool is not configured to use a secure connection, enter the following URL:
Host name and port in the URL represent the host name and port number of the master gateway node. If you configured secure communication for the domain, you must use HTTPS in the URL to ensure that you can access the Administrator tool.
If you use Kerberos authentication, the network uses single sign on. You do not need to log in to the Administrator tool with a user name and password.
If you do not use Kerberos authentication, enter the user name, password, and security domain for your user account, and then click
Login
.
The
Security Domain
field appears when the Informatica domain contains an LDAP security domain. If you do not know the security domain that your user account belongs to, contact the Informatica domain administrator.
If this is the first time you log in with the user name and password provided by the domain administrator, change your password to maintain security.
