The following table describes the advanced properties for a JDBC V2 data object read operation:
Property
Description
Pre SQL
The SQL query that the Data Integration Service runs before reading data from the source.
Post SQL
The SQL query that the Data Integration Service runs after reading data from the source.
Applicable only in the native environment.
Fetch Size
The number of rows that the Data Integration Service fetches from the database in a single call.
Table Name
Overrides the table name used in the metadata import with the table name you specify.
Schema Name
Overrides the schema name of the source object. If you specify the schema name both in the connection and the source read operation properties, the Data Integration Service considers the schema name specified in the source properties.
