Creating a DMI Mapping

To migrate data into SAP, create a DMI mapping with the following components:
  • Source definition.
    Reads data from the source system.
  • Source Qualifier transformation.
    Determines how the PowerCenter Integration Service reads data from the source.
  • SAP DMI Prepare transformation.
    Processes the data to migrate into SAP.
  • Flat file target definition.
    Loads data to the target.
