PWXUMAP Utility Parameters

PWXUMAP Utility Parameters

In PowerExchange 10.4.1, the PWXUMAP utility added the following optional global parameters:
CPUTIMEUSED={Y|
N
}
Whether the report heading includes the amount of CPU time that it took to run the report. Default is N.
PACESIZE=
n
The number of messages to display at a time, from 0 to 100. For example, if you use the DTLDESCRIBE command, you can set PACESIZE=100 to make the progress display easier to read in the command window. If you encounter an error, set PACESIZE=1 to display the output one line at a time until the failure occurs, making it easier to find the point of failure. Set PACESIZE=0 to display the output as it occurs, without pausing. Default is 0.
PROMPT={Y|
N
}
If the PACESIZE parameter specifies a non-zero value, the PROMPT parameter determines whether to issue a user prompt to continue the progress display after each incremental set of messages. If you specify PROMPT=Y, you must respond to each prompt to advance the progress display. Default is N.
Also, for DTLDESCRIBE command, the PWXUMAP utility added the following optional parameter:
USESEQUENCEFIELDS={Y|
N
}
Specifies whether to use sequence fields in the source metadata. Set this parameter to Y if the data or extraction maps include multiple-record writes to IMS or sequential VSAM sources. Default is N.
For more information, see the "PWXUMAP - Map List Utility" chapter in the
PowerExchange Utilities Guide
