Db2 ECCR Configuration Statements in the REPL2OPT DD Data Set

Db2 ECCR Configuration Statements in the REPL2OPT DD Data Set

PowerExchange 10.5.5 introduces the following new statement in the RUNLIB member that is allocated by the REPL2OPT DD statement in the Db2 for z/OS ECCR JCL:
IFIMEMLOC {
31
|64}]
New
. Specifies whether to use 64-bit memory or 31-bit ECSA memory for the IFI 306 return area. By specifying 64 for IFIMEMLOC, you can help reduce the Db2 ECCR's ECSA memory footprint in any given LPAR on which you run the Db2 ECCR.
For more information, see the "DB2 for z/OS Change Data Capture" chapter in the
PowerExchange CDC Guide for z/OS
.
