EDMUOPTS Utility Overview

Use the EDMUOPTS utility to get information about the z/OS components of PowerExchange CDC.

The EDMUOPTS utility generates reports about the contents of the PowerExchange EDMSDIR and EDMUOPTS load modules. The installation process creates these modules based on the options that you set during installation and modifies the modules when you install a maintenance release. The EDMUOPTS utility provides reports that help you and Informatica Global Customer Support perform the following tasks:

Ensure that you use the correct installation options when installing later releases of PowerExchange CDC.

Determine which options for CDC components are in use when you report a problem.
