Level Four Statistical Area 3-Digit

Output port that returns a numerical code to identify the level-four statistical area to which an Australia address belongs.
Level-four statistical areas are the largest sub-state regions in the main structure of the Australian Statistical Geography Standard. The Australian Bureau of Statistics recognized 107 level-four statistical areas in 2016. These include 18 non-spatial special purpose areas for migratory offshore shipping and for No Usual Address codes in each state or territory.
Level-four statistical areas have a general minimum population of 100,000. Urban level-four statistical areas might have between 300,000 and 500,000 inhabitants.
