The PowerCenter Client or the Integration Service cannot connect to the Repository Agent due to a network problem. This might happen if the Repository Agent machine was disconnected from the network, or if it lost power.
Verify the PowerCenter Client and Integration Service machines can connect to the Repository Agent machine and try to connect again.
