Complete Changing the Node Configuration

If you chose to change the node configuration during the domain upgrade because you migrated the Informatica services installation to a different machine, you must perform additional tasks before you upgrade the application services.
You must perform the following additional tasks:
  1. Configure the environment variables.
  2. Verify the range of dynamic port numbers.
  3. Verify the location of the node backup directory.
  4. Configure PowerExchange® adapters.
If you chose to change the node configuration during the domain upgrade because you migrated the domain configuration repository to a different database, you do not need to perform additional tasks.
