redo|undo
 data.
The Oracle Extractor could not convert a UTF-16 byte sequence to UTF-8 to filter source data. If the global.fix_invalid_encoding_character runtime parameter is set to 0, the Extractor ends with an error. If the global.fix_invalid_encoding_character runtime parameter is set to 1, the Extractor either truncates the source data starting from the invalid byte sequence or replaces the invalid byte sequence with the character that is specified in the global.invalid_character_replacement runtime parameter. Then the Extractor continues processing.
Set the global.fix_invalid_encoding_character runtime parameter to 1 to continue replication.
