WARNING: Two files (ID1='file-ID1', ID2='file-ID2') have the same name 'file-name'.

A pair of SCT files registered with the Data Vault repository have the same file name. One of the file entries will be ignored.

This problem could have been caused when an SCT file was registered with the Data Vault repository. The problem could also have occurred if the metadata information in the SDS_REPOSITORY schema was manually changed. The tables in the SDS_REPOSITORY schema must never be altered by users, as this can corrupt the metadata and render archived tables inaccessible.
