Open database failure - non-existent database
This message appears when a client application attempts to connect to a database that does not have a section header in the engine-side nucleus.ini file and is not located in the Data Vault Service support directory.
Make sure that a corresponding entry for the database exists in the engine-side nucleus.ini file before attempting to connect to the database.
