Network latency error when you write a large file

When you run a mapping task to write a large file, you might encounter the following error:

"ERROR Operators: Operator called default onErrorDroppedjava.lang.IllegalStateException"

This issue occurs due to network latency.

To resolve this issue, perform the following tasks to increase the

tunnelouttimeperiod

NetworkTimeoutPeriod

, and

NetworkRetryInterval

Select

Administrator

Runtime Environments

On the

Runtime Environments

page, select the Secure Agent for which you want to increase memory from the list of available Secure Agents.

In the upper-right corner, click

Edit

In the

System Configuration Details

section, select the

Type

Tomcat

for the Data Integration Server.

Increase the value of

TunnelTimeoutPeriod

NetworkTimeoutPeriod

, and

NetworkRetryInterval

Specify the values based on the data you want to process.

Restart the Secure Agent manually.
