Creating a recipe from the Process Designer

You can create a recipe from an existing published process.

Perform the following steps to create a recipe from the Process Designer:

Explore

and browse to the published process you want to use.

Open the process and click

The new recipe page appears with an auto-populated recipe name. The

Recipe Contents

section contains the selected process. Enter the required details and submit the recipe.

Public

published recipes appear in the

Available Recipes

tab across all organizations.

Private

published recipes appear only in

My Recipes

tab for your organization and its sub organizations.

Unlisted

recipes appear in

My Recipes

tab only when accessed using an access code provided by the recipe owner. These recipes are available for all organizations.

The system periodically synchronizes published recipes across all PODs in a region.

You can't create or edit a recipe with a name that exists or was previously used.
