After you copy a recipe, you need to perform some manual steps to use it. For example, you must configure properties related to user authentication and the runtime environment in app connections and processes, and then publish the assets. After completing the manual steps, you can invoke the process. For more information about the manual steps, see the Recipes section on the documentation portal.

If the recipe contains connections, configure those connections and publish them before you open or update the process. Otherwise, the process will have empty connection fields and become invalid.

If the assets in the recipe use a Secure Agent, ensure you use the same Secure Agent when configuring the service connectors, app connections, and processes packaged in the recipe.
