Configuring the Accounts Home Page

Configure the accounts home page to provide access to
Customer 360 for Salesforce
functionality, such as synchronization status, duplicate accounts, and hierarchies.
  1. Override the standard Salesforce Account page.
  2. Configure the account page layout.
  3. If you use Lightning Experience, configure the Lightning account page to include the
    Customer 360 for Salesforce
    Lightning components.
  4. Configure the account search fields.
