Configuring the Leads Home Page

Configure the lead home page to provide access to
Customer 360 for Salesforce
functionality, such as synchronization status and duplicate leads.
  1. Override the standard Salesforce Lead page.
  2. Configure the lead page layout.
  3. If you use Lightning Experience, configure the Lightning lead page to include the
    Customer 360 for Salesforce
    Lightning components.
  4. Optionally, restrict converted statuses.
