Viewing Analytics of Cloud Customer 360 for Salesforce

You can view the analytics related to CC360 batch jobs and DaaS jobs in the dashboard. The dashboard contains charts and graphs that show the status of jobs and records that the jobs processed.

You can change the chart type based on your requirement. You can also filter the details based on the object type, time period, and batch jobs and view the analytics specific to the selected filters.

Records Distribution Overview

Batch Job Status Overview

DaaS Verification Overview

Records Distribution Overview

Displays the total number of processed records, such as the synchronized records, duplicate records, cleansed records, and consolidated records. You can change the date range to view the analytics specific to the selected date range.

Chart	Description
Record Type	Displays the distribution of all the records based on the record type.
Synchronized Records	Displays the total number of Salesforce records migrated to CC360.
Identified Duplicate Records	Displays the total number of records that CC360 identified as duplicates.
Cleansed Records	Displays the total number of records that CC360 cleansed.
Consolidated Records	Displays the total number of records that CC360 consolidated.

You can click the

Select Chart Type

icon to change the type of charts.

Batch Job Status Overview

Displays the total records that each job processed and the number of times you have run each job based on the job completion status.

You can view the details of each job. By default, you see the details of all the jobs. You can also change the date range to view the analytics specific to the selected date range.

Chart	Description
Total Records Processed by Jobs	Displays the total number of records that each job processed.
Completed vs Failed Jobs	Displays the total number of runs of each job with its completion status.

DaaS Verification Overview

Displays the number of records that the DaaS service verified. You can change the date range to view the analytics specific to the selected date range.

Chart	Description
Address Verification	Displays the total number of addresses that the address verification service verified based on the status of addresses.
Email Address Verification	Displays the total number of email addresses that the email verification service verified based on the status of email addresses.
Phone Number Verification	Displays the total number of phone numbers that the phone validation service verified based on the status of phone numbers.
