Step 4: Importing Merge Fields from Field Sets

If you upgrade to version 7.xx from 6.xx, you must import the merge fields that you configured for the field sets of accounts, contacts, and leads. When you import the fields, Customer 360 for Salesforce assigns the
Oldest Update Non NULL
merge rules for the imported fields. You can then edit and modify the merge rules of the imported fields.
  1. From the
    Setup
    section of the
    CC360 Admin
    tab, click
    Run the Setup Wizard
    .
  2. Under
    Setup
    , click
    Merge Settings
    .
    The
    Merge Settings
    page appears.
  3. Click
    Import Merge Fields from Field Sets
    .
    CC360 imports the configured merge fields and assigns the
    Oldest Update Non NULL
    merge rules for the fields.
    You can modify the merge rules based on your requirements.
