Step 5: Importing the DaaS Fields for Contact Data Verification

Customer 360 for Salesforce supports additional DaaS fields to verify contact data.
To use these fields in a DaaS mapping, import them to address verification, email address verification, and phone number validation service fields.
Import the fields only when you upgrade from a CC360 version earlier than Summer 2020.
To import the fields, run the following command in the Salesforce Developer Console:
DSE.API_SettingsManager.updateDaaSCustomSettings();
After you run the command to import the following parameters to Customer 360 for Salesforce, configure and save the contact data verification service settings:
  • Address verification enrichment parameters, such as the certified modes and Type field enrichment parameters. You can configure the enrichment parameter in the Informatica Address Verification service to use the address enrichment fields.

  • Email address verification additional parameters. You can import Email 7 Max Suggestions and Email 7 Risk Profile additional parameters. You can configure the additional parameters in the Informatica Email Verification service to use Email 7 Max Suggestions and Email 7 Risk Profile.
  • Phone number fields. You can import phone number fields, such as International Format, International Prefix, National Format, National Prefix. You can configure the Informatica Phone Validation service for validation for phone number format and prefix available in version 2.0 of the Phone Validation service.
