Configuring Properties of a Field with Text View

Configuring Properties of a Field with Text View

Use text field for a shorter text, such as name, email address, and phone number. Use text area for a descriptive text, such as description and address. The descriptive text wraps in the text area.
  1. In a section, select the field that you want to configure.
    The
    Properties
     panel for the field appears.
  2. Select one of the following options: .
    • Text field
      . For a shorter text.
    • Text area
      . For a descriptive text.
  3. To set the field as a required field, select
    Required
    .
  4. To hide the field on the page, select
    Hidden field
    .
  5. To set the field as a read-only field, select
    Read-only
    .
  6. Click
    Save
    .
