Extensions

The
Customer 360
 extensions extend the Customer 360 data model to address specific use cases.
For example, the consent mastering extension stores information related to customer consent to comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for protection and privacy of customer data. Similarly, the Insurance 360 and Healthcare 360 extensions store information that are specific to insurance and healthcare domains.
To use a Customer 360 extension, install the extension.
