Parameters

session	Refer to the Common Parameters section
rsp	Refer to the Common Parameters section
ssaMsg	Refer to the SSA-NAME3 Error Messages section
field_idx	Specifies the nth field to set
field_case	Specifies output field case option value. The allowed values are 0 = Unchanged, 1 = Upper case, 2 = Lower case and 3 = Mixed case
