Use the

OPTION STRTNUM

option along with the

DRCTN,[number]

to apply penalty to the unmatched codes that appear before or after major words. Additionally, you can also use the

VALUE PENALTY,[penalty score]

and

VALUE THRESHLD,[penalty score]

options to specify a penalty score and define a threshold limit to apply a penalty score for the unmatched codes.
