Disables stabilized matching of the codes. If SSA-NAME 3 uses stabilized match to compare the codes and returns a match score, you can use NOCDESTD and disable the stabilized match of the codes.

Adds a penalty to the match score. If SSA-NAME3 uses a stabilized comparison of the word pair and returns the same letter at the beginning of the word pair, STDFIPEN adds a penalty and decreases the match score.
