Instances for Base Object Records Through a Package

The
Instances for...
section lists the records that meet the filter criteria specified in the Search Wizard. The columns for each record in this section are determined by the Display Package you selected on the Data Manager setup screen. The records in this section are determined by the results of the search parameters you specified in the Search Wizard.
Select the
Multiple Selection
check box in the upper-left corner of the Data Manager screen to select multiple records. Press CTRL or SHIFT to select multiple records in the base object pane. When two or more records are selected, the bottom two panes are cleared and only the following commands are available: Queue for matching, Queue for merge, and Set as new.
To return to the Data Manager setup screen, click
Setup Administration
at the top of the Data Manager screen. To return to the Search Wizard, click
Search Again
at the top of the Data Manager screen.
