cmxserver.log
file to confirm that

Ensure that your Informatica MDM license has

Try rebooting your machine (Windows) or refreshing your environment (UNIX).

Ensure you have the correct
jade.dll
file (Windows) or
libJADE.so
file (UNIX) and that it is the correct size, then restart the application server.
Check the system path for older
jade.dll
files and delete them. Accumulation of these older files is a common occurrence in development environments.
