Validation of Changes to the Schema

Effective in version 10.0.0 HotFix 3, if you make any changes to the schema in the Hub Console, such as adding a column to a base object, metadata validation generates a warning. Each change that you make to the schema causes dummy metadata validation and adds an entry to the C_REPOS_MET_VALID_RESULT table.
