Save Handler User Exit Enhancement

In Save Handler user exits, you can use the
getChangedChildren
 method to return modified or added child or grandchild records in a specified base object.
The user exit returns all records that were added, deleted, or updated. You can select the type of changes returned by the user exit. For example, the user exit can return a combination of removed and updated children records.
