Deleting a File Attachment

You can delete a file attached to a business record if no workflow triggers are configured for the update event for this business entity.
  1. In Data Director, open the record that contains the file you want to delete.
  2. Select the file attachment and press
    Delete
    .


    The following message appears:


    The file will be permanently deleted from the database after you save the record.
    Are you sure you want to delete the file when the record is saved? Yes/No

  3. Click
    Yes
    .
