Supplier Portal and Media Manager connection string pattern

Action required. Database connection will fail with the old database connection string.
To provide full support of SQL Server 2019 Supplier Portal and Media Manager switched from jTDS to Microsoft's JDBC driver. This requires a new connection string pattern in the configuration files of Supplier Portal and Media Manager for all versions of SQL Server. For details please refer to the Media Manager and Supplier Portal sections in the Migration Manual shipped with the software.
