Media Manager - Fixed Issues

The following table describes the fixed issues for the Media Manager:

HMM-8731	If an asset is deleted, the corresponding Asset ID might be recycled and used for other assets that results incorrect referencing of parent assets to asset versions.
HMM-8688	The Workflow module fails to restart.
HMM-8662	When you upload PDFs in the Media Manager, the PDF icon incorrectly appears instead of the PDF preview.
