OpenAI Integration

Effective in version 10.5 HotFix 4, you can integrate the next OpenAI components in Product 360.

Ensure that the following prerequisites are available for OpenAI integration:

BPM license

OpenAI API key provided by customer

You can integrate OpenAI in the Step Workflow framework and you can configure it in the XML definition file of a workflow.

The following list includes sample use cases for OpenAI integration:

Generation of product descriptions

Creation of keywords (SEO)

Translation of texts

The following steps show a sample OpenAI integration:

In the workflow of Data Quality items, identify an item with empty long description.

The following image shows an item with empty long description:

Run OpenAI completion with remaining data such as

ArticleLang.Keyword(eng, 'Default Channel')

and

ArticleLang.DescriptionShort(eng, 'Default Channel').
