Coping the Hive JDBC Driver

If you use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) enabled Hive server, you must copy the Hive JDBC driver to the Relate 360 installation directory.
  1. Based on the Hadoop distribution that you use, copy the
    hive-jdbc-<version>-standalone.jar
    to the following directory:
    /usr/local/mdmbdrm-10.1/bin
    .
  2. Rename the copied file to
    hive-jdbc.jar
    .
  3. Set the following permission for the file:
    chmod 777 hive-jdbc.jar
    .
