Before You Upgrade

If you use the Supplier Portal from an earlier version of Supplier 360, you must back up your configuration files before you upgrade.
  1. Copy the following directories and files to another location:
    • <MDM installation directory>/app/tsr/bin
    • <MDM installation directory>/app/tsr/bpm
    • <MDM installation directory>/app/tsr/config
    • <MDM installation directory>/app/tsr/datamart
    • <MDM installation directory>/app/tsr/email-config
    • <MDM installation directory>/app/tsr/externalcall
    • <MDM installation directory>/app/tsr/hub
    • <MDM installation directory>/app/tsr/userprofile-provider
    • <MDM installation directory>/app/tsr/appconfiguration.war
    • <MDM installation directory>/app/tsr/supplierapp-ear.ear
    • <MDM installation directory>/app/tsr/supplierexternalcall.ear
  2. Go to the following directory:
    <MDM installation directory>/app/tsr/pre_s360_10_4
  3. Copy all the files and paste them in the following directory:
    <MDM installation directory>/app/tsr
