Data Flow Migration

If you have version 2.3.2 installed, you can migrate the data flows to version 2.4.0. If you have an earlier version of Edge Data Streaming, you must uninstall the previous version and install Edge Data Streaming 2.4.0.
Perform the following steps to upgrade the data flows:
  1. Log in to version 2.3.2 and undeploy the data flows.
  2. Export the data flows, node groups, and secure parameters.
  3. Delete the VDS Service.
  4. Uninstall version 2.3.2.
  5. Verify that you have installed the Informatica domain services and clients.
  6. Install and configure EDS 2.4.0.
  7. Import the data flows that you exported in version 2.3.2 by modifying the version from 2.3.2 to 2.4.0, and deploy them again.
