Logging Options

The following table describes the logging options for the Data Integration Service process:

Property	Description
Log Directory	Directory for Data Integration Service node process logs. Default is <Informatica installation directory>/logs/node_name>/services/DataIntegrationService/ . If the Data Integration Service runs on a grid, use a shared directory to create one directory for log files. Use a shared directory to ensure that if the master service process fails over to another node, the new master service process can access previous log files.
