Use the
Create a Web Service
 wizard to create a web service.
  1. Select a project or folder in the
    Object Explorer
    view.
  2. Click
    File
    New
    Data Service.
    The
    New Data Service
     dialog box appears.
  3. Click
    Web Service
    .
    The
    New Web Service
     dialog box appears.
  4. Enter a name for the web service.
  5. Optionally, enter the namespace and the namespace prefix.
  6. Click
    Next
    .
    The
    New Web Service
     dialog box appears.
You must create an operation after you create the web service.
